Hey there, my lovelies!
I was tagged for this by Mandy & Sha @ Book Princess Reviews and since this is one of their own original tags I feel really honored that they thought of me! XD They are both so awesome and it’s always a pleasure to read their blog! =) If you’re not already following them, you should definitely check out their site! XD This said let’s do this tag which is based on holidays occurring during the month of November. I guess I’m late with this but hey it’s still November so I guess that counts! *lol*

Sadie Hawkins Day
First Saturday
A female character who takes her fate in her own hands
I’m currently reading „Flame in the Mist“ and if Mariko isn’t taking her fate in her own hands then I dunno. *lol* That girl is on fire and I really love to see her fight Okami. Haha! Those two have crazy chemistry and I’m just waiting to see where this is going to head. XD
Guy Fawkes Night
November 5
A plot that was stopped at the last minute
Guess that’s another of my recent reads. I just finished „The Dark Descent of Elizabeth Frankenstein“ and you might say this was a plot stopped at the last minute. XD I don’t want to spoil anything though so I guess you’ll have to find out for yourself. 😉
Saxophone Day
November 6
A character with an uncommon hobby
Okay, for this one I’ll have to think long and hard, because right now I can’t think of a single character that has an uncommon hobby, let alone a normal hobby! *lol* Mhmm… maybe Liesl from „Wintersong“? She composes music and for the time she’s living in this is pretty unusual.
World Kindness Day
November 13
A villain who is changed by kindness
I’ll go with „The Gray Man“ from „The Raven Cycle“ here. He started off as a villain and changed the longer the series progressed. I loved to see his change and it definitely had to do with the people he met and the kindness they showed him! ❤
Use Less Stuff Day
November 18
A character who gives up something in their life (i.e. a dream, a possession)
Okay this gets a little bit philosophial now but I think Evelyn Hugo giving up her secrets was very brave and amazing! 😀 I mean she was a Hollywood star everyone knew and yet at the end of her life she still had the guts to tell everyone what really happened while she was a famous actrice. This was a very brave step even for an old woman that knows she won’t live all too long.
Start Your Own Country Day
November 22
A book with its own land / world
Jim Butcher’s „Codex Alera“! This fantasy world is so vivid you could almost believe it is real! Also I loved the unique magical system and all those different people! Butcher must have put a lot of effort into this series and I can’t say how much I appreciate it! This is such an underrated and amazing fantasy series! I’ll never get tired of recommending it to others! 😉
Okay, since I’m already so late with this I won’t tag specific people! If you read this and still want to do this: TAG! You’re it! 😛
*hugs’n’kisses*
